We’ve designed a flexible payment structure to help you plan with ease. - Secure Your Spot: $150 deposit per person with a payment plan. - Final Balance: All arrangements are finalized by May 15, 2026. - Flexibility: Custom payment schedules are available to fit your lifestyle. Add-Ons: Flights and specific room upgrades can be added to your package at the time of booking to customize your stay.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Overview: By booking this reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the cancellation policies outlined below. Please contact us with any questions before completing your booking. Vacation Protection Plan (VPP) with Pre-Departure Waiver: The Vacation Protection Plan (VPP) allows you to cancel your trip for any reason and receive a refund in the form of a future travel certificate. The VPP must be added to your booking by the final payment due date. Please note, once purchased, the VPP cost is non-refundable. Cancellations with VPP: You can cancel for any reason a minimum of 2 hours prior to your original scheduled departure time (as listed in your travel documents). For hotel-only bookings, cancellations must be made no later than 9 AM local time on the day of arrival. Refunds will be issued in the form of Vacation Express future travel certificates (VPP Vouchers), less the cost of the VPP plan. What’s Covered by VPP: Non-Stop Flight Packages or Hotel-Only Packages: Receive a VPP Voucher for the total cost of the package, less the VPP plan cost. Scheduled Air Packages: Receive a VPP Voucher for the hotel portion of the package, less the VPP plan cost. Airline tickets are issued separately and subject to the airline's change fee (up to $250 per ticket). If you used the Reduced Deposit Plan (RDP) for your booking, the airline ticket, insurance, and RDP costs must be paid in full to receive the airline ticket for future use. Rebooking Airline Tickets: Airline tickets issued through this package may be reused to: Travel to the same Vacation Express destination on the same carrier. Travel to a different Vacation Express destination on the same carrier. Travel to any destination served by the issuing airline. Airline ticket rebooking is handled directly with the issuing airline. Please contact them immediately for updated rules and rebooking options. VPP Voucher Details: Vouchers are issued in the original names of passengers at the time of cancellation. Vouchers are non-transferable, and name changes are not permitted. Passengers have one year from the original date of booking to use their VPP Voucher.
